Food:
Dinner will be provided Saturday night. This is the first time we have tried catering this event so please let us know if you will be there so we can get the right amount of food! Entries for dinner will sell out on Wednesday BEFORE the event...it’s cheap so get amongst it.
Entertainment provided on-site, have a few brews, share some stories and relax in the Craigieburn wilderness
Sunday 21st:
There will be a few Traeger BBQs/smokers cranking from 7.00am if you want to fry something up. If there’s any leftovers, we can hook into those.
Group rides all-round to check out all that Craigieburn and surrounding area has to offer. Hotdog, Mint Lyndon etc if you know, you know, if you don’t, hang around and find out!
Camping:
This will be at Texas flat, if you’ve stayed there you know what it’s like.
There’s plenty of flat ground, there’s a river not too far away if you want to wash off after biking, or need water! Portaloos will be provided.
Please take all your rubbish away with you, we are just a bunch of volunteers so don’t have the capacity to deal with your rubbish.
Entry Transfer/Withdrawal:
Up until Tuesday 16th you can transfer your entry to a mate or withdraw if you’ve got a really good reason (injury etc).
Volunteers:
We need you! Many hands make light work... If you want to volunteer, please sign up!
Volunteers get a free dinner on Saturday night, and it adds to the Mons Royale Volunteer Reward Program running through Gravity Canterbury.
